Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased.

All designs by me are commercial rights allowed; credits are required.

make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, as long as it's for personal use/limited amount.

make games/videos/comics/big projects featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are designer credited in a fair and practical way along the other character design credits, not hiding or making it difficult to find the information.

to co-own a design, as long as you make a duplicate profile and the original is kept with you.

You can redesign the clothes, color pallet, traits and even the species of my adopts!

When increasing the value of the oc and reselling it, make sure that all commissioned artwork is added to their folder or it's already shared with the new owner.

Do not calculate a character resale's value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commissioned art.

You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit.

Do not commission others to make edits on top of my artwork, even for clothing additions. All top edit work must be free/personal.

Some of my ocs are POC [People of Color] or/and trans people, and the removal of these characteristics such as top surgery scars or whitewashing are uncomfortable actions for me.

Please avoid to delete the original adopt art, even if you edit it. I cannot guarantee to have the original file if it is lost.

Do not trace any art or design made by me.

credit me accordingly.

Do not associate any design made by me with atrocities like nazism, racism, transphobia etc.

do not offer more than you can pay.

After I finish the initial sketch, I will request the full payment to continue with the project, so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process a few times until completion, as you can also check my trello.

If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting [e.g. change pose], I may charge a 25% extra.]

I reserve the right to mute any user who doesn't respect the creator requests.

I reserve the right to block any user who i don't fell comfortable to interact anymore.

I reserve the right to blacklist any user who i don't fell comfortable to interact anymore.

I reserve the right to refuse commission/trade requests if i don't feel comfortable for any reason.

You will receive a digital file of the art. No physical copies are included.
